不銹鋼自干油墨

本產(chǎn)品是采用高級(jí)進(jìn)口丙烯酸樹(shù)脂和高級(jí)顏料經(jīng)過(guò)細(xì)制研磨加工組合而成，用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽(yáng)極氧化鋁表面及烤（噴）漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優(yōu)異的附著力。
油墨特性：
1、平光、附著力佳、耐汽油、耐化學(xué)品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；
3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強(qiáng)、抗刮傷；
4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化學(xué)品程度佳；
印刷：
選用網(wǎng)目為100-350目，以120T網(wǎng)紗計(jì)算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達(dá)30~35㎡。
表干時(shí)間自然揮發(fā)5-15分鐘，實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi)，48小時(shí)后達(dá)最佳性能。
1．用配套專(zhuān)用稀釋劑開(kāi)油水
2．用718洗網(wǎng)水洗網(wǎng)。
3．或添加配套硬化劑10%可增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。
4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分鐘佳能更優(yōu)。
測(cè)試方法（完全干燥后）：
1．3M膠紙粘在畫(huà)有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。

使用方法：
1．建議用我公司專(zhuān)用稀釋劑進(jìn)行稀釋?zhuān)�不建議使用783慢干稀釋劑稀釋?zhuān)�使用前�?yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢瑁�用后隨時(shí)密封。
2．?dāng)嚢钑r(shí)加本公司配套開(kāi)油水10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專(zhuān)用稀釋劑；用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。
3．不得與其它類(lèi)型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現(xiàn)其他附著力，化學(xué)反應(yīng)等不良現(xiàn)象。
4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時(shí)限為8小時(shí)，過(guò)期請(qǐng)棄用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事項(xiàng)：
1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會(huì)是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產(chǎn)。
2．在移印過(guò)程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開(kāi)，可適當(dāng)加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高，將會(huì)影響油墨原有質(zhì)量。白色超越150都會(huì)變色，烘烤時(shí)請(qǐng)用木質(zhì)材料墊底進(jìn)行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵
4．根據(jù)氣候變化，請(qǐng)遠(yuǎn)離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環(huán)境下存放

Printing:
